Black Fox Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator Assistant to join their finance and administration team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, including logging invoices, reviewing and checking employee expenses, completing supplier statement checks, preparing for the monthly payment run, and resolving any AP queries.
The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience working with ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field and hold 5 GCSEs including Maths and English.
In return for their expertise, Black Fox Solutions offers a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus enhanced employer pension contributions, 33 days' holiday, employee discounts, and bonus opportunities.
