Administrative Support Professional

Express Recruitment is working with a reputable educational institution to find an experienced Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills and be able to work effectively in a busy office environment.
The office is located near the centre of Nottingham, with on-site parking available. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to enquiries, maintaining accurate student records, and supporting team leaders with administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to a range of enquiries
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records
- Support team leaders with administration tasks
- Scan, photocopy, and collate course material
- Create documents using MS Office packages
Requirements:
- Demonstrable administration experience
- Good IT skills, including the ability to use MS Office confidently
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to work closely with students, graduates, and staff
Vacancy Details:
Hours: Monday - Friday, up to 6 Saturdays a year
Salary: circa £11.50 per hour, depending on experience
Job Type: Temp to Perm
