About the PositionThis is a full-time opportunity with the potential to become permanent. You will work closely with teachers and the SEN team to implement effective strategies for underachieving students.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities as a Learning Support Assistant will include:
- Supporting students with a range of additional needs, including physical and sensory disabilities.
- Providing tailored support to help students overcome barriers to learning and foster a positive learning environment.
- Working collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
