Job Title: Third-Party Risk Management Lead

About the Role

JSS Search is seeking a highly skilled Third-Party Risk Management Lead to oversee the establishment and direction of our Third-Party Risk Management programme. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, mitigating, and continuously monitoring risks associated with third-party suppliers and partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Risk Management Leadership: Direct the TPRM programme, ensuring effective risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring processes are in place.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for third-party and supplier relationships, overseeing their lifecycle through robust processes for new and existing partnerships.
  • Compliance and Procurement: Ensure that procurement activities align with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, maintaining compliance at all times.
  • Risk Control Strategies: Collaborate with teams to develop and implement risk control strategies addressing financial, geopolitical, and supply chain risks.
  • Regular Communications: Establish and maintain regular communications on risk activities, incidents, and levels for senior management and executive updates.
  • Supplier Performance Monitoring: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for continuous improvement.
  • Supply Chain Resilience: Develop contingency plans to address potential supply chain risks.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience working in Third-Party Risk Management, preferably as a TPRM / Supplier Risk / Vendor Risk Manager within the financial services sector.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of implementing processes and procedures designed to assess and mitigate risks with suppliers.
  • Risk Management Frameworks: Knowledge of risk management frameworks to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
What We Offer:
  • Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum.
  • Hybrid Working: Enjoy a hybrid working arrangement, splitting your time between home and our London office (3 days per week).
