Store Performance Coordinator

As an Academic Leader at Card Factory, you will play a key part in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include working closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies for achieving commercial growth, building a positive and productive team culture, and ensuring seamless leadership during periods of absence or delegation.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager in setting goals and objectives to drive commercial growth.
- Drive customer satisfaction through effective team management and leadership.
- Assume responsibility for leading store teams in the absence of the Store Manager.
Requirements:
- Show a genuine passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
- Possess excellent leadership qualities to motivate and direct team members.
- Be able to analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Cultivate a positive and forward-thinking attitude to ensure continued success.
