Job Title: Commercial and Technical Coordinator

Aviva is seeking an experienced Commercial and Technical Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Lines business, you will play a critical role in setting the Casualty and Motor underwriting strategy to meet the insurance needs of our customers and drive business performance.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement the UK GI underwriting strategy for Casualty and Motor Lines classes, across Commercial Lines.
  • Collaborate with the Exposure Management, Pricing and Insights team to set pricing strategy and rates for Casualty and Motor Lines.
  • Lead the development of underwriting risk appetite and controls to manage and mitigate risks in Commercial Lines.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Lines senior leadership to deliver business growth targets.
  • Contribute to projects involving regulation and legislation, and provide expertise on reinsurance and risk aggregation.
  • Lead high-performing teams and develop talent within the organization.
