About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator to join our UK Construction Special Projects Division. The ideal candidate will have experience with RC frames, an understanding of groundworks and M&E in residential projects.

  • Responsible for the technical role on various sized projects, and sometimes multiple projects at the same time
  • Quality management and assurance
  • Produce design reports to monitor progress and ensure compliance
  • Participate in site meetings and chair design meetings to promote effective communication
  • Promote and maintain professional relations with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize, negotiate, motivate, and communicate to achieve project objectives
  • Review and critique drawing information continuously throughout the project

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in a related field, or working towards a degree
  • Experience working for developers, ideally high-rise residential mixed-use schemes
  • Ability to coordinate and manage the design team
  • Oversee multiple packages and manage the technical process
