Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Pain Unit team at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance to the multidisciplinary team in the Pain Unit.
  • Develop and implement patient-focused programmes of care to address the complex health and well-being needs of patients.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of pain management services.
  • Implement policy and procedures to support the development of the service.
  • Manage budgets and financial resources as a budget holder.

Person Specification
  • Significant experience as a senior nurse working at band 7 or above in acute care.
  • Demonstrable experience of effectively managing budgets.
  • Project and/or Change Management experience.
  • Master's degree or working towards.
