Job Description:
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing internal accounts and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Generating purchase orders and sales orders, and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
- Working closely with the external sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Liaising with customers to coordinate and prioritize all customer enquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Competent skills in using Excel, including lookup tables and pivot tables.
- Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics D365.
- Strong customer centric skills and previous sales experience.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
