About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Mechanical Engineering Services Director to join our team at Caval Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our mechanical engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver mechanical engineering services, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial reports to optimize resource allocation and ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Collaborate with design teams to address any discrepancies between the design and site conditions, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience working on industrial projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex mechanical packages, including HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
  • An in-depth understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
