Job Title: Recruitment Events Team Leader

Job Summary:

Brunel University London is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Events Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Recruitment Events team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of recruitment events, including open days, applicant days, and virtual events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver recruitment events, including logistics, marketing, and stakeholder management.
  • Manage a team of event coordinators to ensure successful event execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including academic departments and student services.
  • Collaborate with the Head of UK Student Recruitment & Widening Access to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze event data to inform future event planning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the UK school/college system and UCAS process.
