Job Title: Recruitment Events Team Leader

Job Summary:

Brunel University London is seeking an experienced and skilled Recruitment Events Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Admissions & Recruitment department, you will be responsible for delivering a range of recruitment events to attract top talent to our university.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment events strategy to meet the university's student recruitment goals.
  • Manage a team of event coordinators to deliver high-quality recruitment events, including open days, applicant days, and virtual events.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with university objectives and goals.
  • Monitor and analyze event data to inform future event planning and optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including schools, colleges, and recruitment agencies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event management, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the UK education system and UCAS process.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings, early mornings, and Saturdays for recruitment events.
