About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ALS Administrator to join our team at Merton College. As an ALS Administrator, you will be responsible for auditing all Learners ALS Support and financial activities, entering specialized data onto the Inclusive Learning Support database, and managing related ALS quality audit processes and systems.

  • Facilitate the effective management of sensitive learner information
  • Monitor and update the departments inboxes
Requirements

We are looking for someone who is educated to GCSE / Level 2 or equivalent with grades A*-C in English and Maths. You will have experience of working effectively with centrally established computerised systems and have a proven ability to organise, manage and coordinate the collection and collation of large quantities of data. Skilled in spreadsheets, databases and word processing, you will be comfortable when it comes to dealing with a high volume of work and be able to work with and record budgets, effectively and responsibly.
