We are seeking an ALS Administrator to be responsible for auditing all Learners ALS Support and financial activities, entering specialised data onto the Inclusive Learning Support database and for managing related ALS quality audit processes and systems. You will be responsible for facilitating the effective management of sensitive learner information, as well as monitoring and updating the departments inboxes.

We’re looking for someone who is educated to GCSE / Level 2 or equivalent with grades A*-C in English and Maths. You’ll have experience of working effectively with centrally established computerised systems and have a proven ability to organise, manage and coordinate the collection and collation of large quantities of data. Skilled in spreadsheets, databases and word processing, you’ll be comfortable when it comes to dealing with a high volume of work and be able to work with and record budgets, effectively and responsibly.

This post requires cross College working but is predominantly at Merton College.
