**Job Title:** Autism Specialist Educator

We are seeking an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to support young adults in a specialist provision for students with autism.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, specifically Autism / ASD, Severe Learning Difficulties / SLD, and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties / PMLD. They will also possess excellent 1:1 management skills and a strong knowledge of differentiated lessons based on each student's needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a warm and positive further education site focused on the development of young adults. The school encourages students aged 16+ to develop both socially and emotionally at their own pace, whilst following the ASDAN qualifications.
