Job Title: Head of Lifestyle Services

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our Concierge Services team in our London office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving our member experience through the management of our Concierge services and travel department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Concierge professionals to deliver exceptional service to our members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance our member experience and increase satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Personal Assistant & Board to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and review department performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all staff are trained to a high standard to deliver excellent service.
Requirements:
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent English and at least 2 additional European languages.
  • At least 8 years' experience in a luxury environment, preferably as a Concierge or Front Desk Supervisor.
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
