Are you a skilled Refrigeration Service Engineer looking to take on a leadership role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Working Supervisor to join our team at TAILORED TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS LTD.


Key Responsibilities:

Mentor a team of engineers and foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.


Grow and develop a team and regional area across the North East.


Provide hands-on service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning, commercial refrigeration, chillers, and industrial refrigeration systems.


Perform fault-finding and troubleshooting on a variety of refrigeration and compressor equipment.


Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.


Work primarily in large commercial and industrial settings, including food and beverage and process manufacturing sites.


Participate in ongoing training and development.



Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a Refrigeration Service Engineer or Supervisor with strong knowledge of air conditioning, chillers, and refrigeration systems.


Leadership experience or a strong desire to take on a supervisory role.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Relevant industry certifications and qualifications.



Package:

Competitive salary ranging from £45K to £48K Door to Door.


Overtime rates: 1.5x after core hours, 2x on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays.
