As a Parenting Capacity Assessor, you will be responsible for evaluating the needs and risks of children and young people in care, those on child protection plans, or those identified as in need. You will also be involved in delivering parenting programmes to support families and ensuring the safety and well-being of children.

About the Job:
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Conducting parenting assessments within set timeframes
• Collaborating with parents, children, and professionals to develop care plans that prioritize the safety and well-being of children
• Preparing court statements and presenting evidence in court as needed
• Leading parenting programmes and providing direct support to children, young people, and families
• Conducting specialist assessments, including PAMs and sibling assessments

Salary and Benefits:
Ackerman Pierce Ltd offers a competitive salary of £39,943 - £51,574 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package.
