Job Role: Debt Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Citizens Advice North Lincolnshire as a Debt Supervisor. As a key member of our debt team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and staffing, focusing resources and ensuring consistent quality assured debt services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and supervise debt and money advice to clients
  • Manage a caseload of clients and provide technical supervision activities
  • Work closely with key partners across North Lincolnshire to ensure clients receive a good quality and holistic service
  • Provide real-time support to advisers managing complex cases

Requirements:

  • Recent experience of delivering and supervising debt and money advice
  • Ability to demonstrate competence as an adviser and undertake technical supervision activities
