Role Overview

Citizens Advice North Lincolnshire is seeking a skilled Debt Supervisor to join their team. As a Debt Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and staffing, focusing resources and ensuring consistent quality-assured debt services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise debt and money advice, demonstrating competence as an adviser while undertaking technical supervision activities.
• Manage a caseload of clients, providing guidance and support to help them understand their rights and responsibilities.
• Work closely with key partners across North Lincolnshire, ensuring clients receive a good quality and holistic service.
• Provide real-time support to advisers managing complex cases.
