Community Host Lead

Job Title: Lead Community Host
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Lead Community Host. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our hirers, ensuring that our school facilities are well-maintained and secure, and supporting our Community Hosts in their daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a world-class experience for our hirers, ensuring all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
- Assist hirers with the setting up of facilities for lettings & other school related events.
- Undertake pool side cleaning duties to ensure that the school's premises are always left in a clean and safe condition.
- Ensure the security and safety of our school is maintained at all times, including unlocking gates and doors, and locking them securely again at the end of the shift.
- Complete all health and safety checks and report any hazards or faulty equipment via our company platform.
- Provide full training to Community Hosts, including an introduction to the school site and facilities, safeguarding responsibilities, manual handling, fire safety, and customer service.
Requirements:
- NPLQ Qualification
- Ability to work with pride and passion, operating with a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent Vivify Venues in a professional manner.
- Organized, quick to act, and flexible, with a focus on providing the best customer experience to our hirers.
- Interest in growing with Vivify Venues, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
