At pobl., we're seeking a skilled Project Manager to support our UK team in Chester. As a Project Manager - Medical Communications, you'll play a crucial role in managing global, local, and regional accounts in multiple therapy areas and project types.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project planning and management: Create, manage, and update project timelines, and coordinate internal and client status meetings, scheduling, agendas, and status reports.
- Financial management: Understand, manage, and track specific project budgets, including all expenses, as well as manage external suppliers.
- Team collaboration: Assist with the management and implementation of stand-alone and integrated medcomms events and materials.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- MedComms or relevant agency project management experience: Project management experience in medical communications would be ideal, but we'll consider a few years' experience in a similar project management role.
- Super organisation skills: Any role in project management requires supreme organisation. You'll be able to juggle multiple tasks with absolute accuracy, taking control of your daily schedule and the milestones of the projects you're working on.
- An interest in healthcare: All projects that you're part of will be focused on healthcare products and education that will make a difference to the lives of people with all sorts of conditions—an interest in health science is essential.
- Experience working with colleagues and clients in different locations: A lot of your meetings will be with people in other parts of the world, so you'll be comfortable with arranging and attending a lot of Microsoft Teams video calls.
- A strong preference for hybrid working: Collaborating in person with colleagues is important to our client, as a boutique agency—you will ideally be in the office 3-4 days per week.
