**Job Title:** Community Therapy Support Practitioner

**Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £32,000 per annum.

We are looking for a dedicated and caring Community Therapy Support Practitioner to join our team in the Stowmarket Integrated Neighbourhood Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and therapy assistant practitioners to deliver high-quality care to patients with physical health needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a therapy setting and be passionate about delivering patient-centred care. You will be committed to ensuring that patients receive the best possible support to improve their physical health and wellbeing.

As a Community Therapy Support Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities. You will also work closely with our community nursing colleagues and social care colleagues to provide holistic care to patients.
