About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Forensic Technology & eDiscovery Professional to join our growing team at Teneo. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients throughout the forensic technology and eDiscovery workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on best practices for data management and preservation, encompassing a wide range of electronically stored information (ESI) and paper-based sources.
  • Collect, handle, and analyze data to provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Perform hands-on elements of eDiscovery matters from start to finish, leveraging expertise in Relativity for data processing, early case assessment, review & analysis, and production.
  • Develop, review, and update standard operating procedures, providing training to team members as needed to ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist in managing dedicated forensic technology and eDiscovery infrastructure environments, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Proactively plan workload and tasks for multiple active client matters, often with court-imposed deadlines, while maintaining risk awareness and focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and assist in preparing research documents, proposals, and other marketing materials to support growth and expansion.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in forensic technology/eDiscovery, compliance, or legal sectors is required.
  • eDiscovery or Relativity certification is preferred, along with proficiency in using Relativity or another eDiscovery tool.
  • Client-facing experience, ideally in a consulting role, is essential, and an understanding of the litigation support industry is beneficial.
  • SQL experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary, as this role involves direct client interaction and potential work at client sites.
  • Experience in advising clients under pressure, responding rapidly and accurately, and exercising good judgment when escalating issues is expected.
  • Motivated individuals with strong task management skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to build and expand their skills and knowledge are ideal candidates.

Teneo offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, along with:
