Commercial Director UK and Europe

Gilbert Meher is seeking a highly skilled commercial leader to spearhead the company's growth in the UK and Europe.
The successful candidate will lead the commercial operations, driving revenue and unifying cross-functional teams to execute a winning strategy.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will directly manage sales teams across the UK and Europe, while also playing a critical role in shaping and implementing the commercial vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UK & European commercial teams, including 4 direct reports in the UK sales team, 4 inside sales team members, and 4-5 European sales reps.
- Bring order and cohesion to the European operation, working closely with functional heads in to align goals and streamline operations.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, handle escalated issues, and ensure their voice is at the heart of the commercial strategy.
Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum (depending on experience)
