Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement large-scale data warehouse and business intelligence solutions.
  • Develop strong understanding of business intelligence, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack for data warehouse, business intelligence, and master data management concepts and analysis techniques.
  • Utilize T-SQL and Excel skills to manipulate data, write macros, and perform data analysis.
  • Experience working with data quality, data cleansing, and data mapping technologies and strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive technical approach and solutioning for new requirements and implementations.
  • Proven track record as a business intelligence analyst within London markets, general insurance, or other financial services environments.
  • Manage stakeholders and communicate complex business problems and solutions to various audiences.
  • Elicit requirements and document them at a level understandable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of business, including senior management, project managers, architects, and developers.
  • Experience working in agile and waterfall methodologies and onshore-offshore models.
Nice to Have:
  • Prior business intelligence development experience (ETL and reporting).
  • Hands-on experience with SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
