As a Residential Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our residents. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement care plans, manage staff rotas, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support
- Develop and implement care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Manage staff rotas, ensuring adequate staffing levels and coverage
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve services
- 2 years' experience in care, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
- A Level 2 qualification in care or significant experience in a related field
- Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and support, with a commitment to person-centered care
