The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller Development Specialist to join our team in the UK & Ireland. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our business units, ensuring the successful development and implementation of our financial plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to identify financial opportunities and challenges, providing expert advice and guidance to drive business growth.
  • Performance Management: Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to drive business performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency, implementing changes to drive business excellence.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in renewable energy or a related industry.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Language: Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
