Equity Structurer

As an Equity Structurer, you will be a key member of our global markets franchise, working closely with Sales, Trading, Technology, and Operations to streamline the pricing and trading of structured products across various asset classes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Sales, Pricing, and Automation teams in bringing new products to market, including modeling aspects, documentation generation, and execution.
- Keeping abreast of quants and tech developments to leverage infrastructure upgrades and deliver a greater range of products faster and smoother.
- Structuring of new products, including pricing, modeling, legal documentation, and onboarding of various asset classes – equities, rates, FX, commodities.
- Contributing to the development of the Citi platform for pricing complex derivatives using Citi quantitative infrastructure.
- Management of exceptional events affecting products after their launch.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to display an understanding of multi-asset products and how they are used to build solutions that benefit clients. You should have experience working closely with other teams across the bank and have experience using a structured product platform, as a trader, sales, or structurer.
Experience of coding/scripting is required using Python and VBA, and structuring and financial modeling skills are recommended.
This role will suit a highly motivated individual who is able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and is comfortable both in taking direction and working on their own initiative.
