Executive Sales Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Luton Hoo Hotel, a luxurious 5-star hotel with incredible facilities situated in a luxurious green environment.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving hotel revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key accounts and potential new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the hotel's overall success
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct research, and make effective telesales calls to secure new clients
* Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, encouraging repeat business and promoting the wider Arora collection of hotels
* Coordinate customer relationships to maximize new sales opportunities and encourage repeat business
* Execute and communicate to customers and the market, Arora Group and relevant Brand marketing initiatives and promotions
* Utilize public relations, marketing, and social media resources and tools to improve sales effectiveness
