Are you an experienced housing support professional looking for a new challenge?
We are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Coordinator to join our team in Roxby, near Scunthorpe.
In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for providing support to residents in a children's home, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing individual care plans.
- Providing emotional support and guidance to residents.
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure high-quality care.
The successful candidate will have:
- A Level 2 NVQ Health and Social Care Adults or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a residential setting.
This role offers a competitive salary of £31,639.40 per annum and opportunities for professional growth and development.
