About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Support Coordinator to join our team at Ongo Recruitment Ltd.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our administration department, providing technical administrative support and clerical services across all functions of Waste Services.

You will be responsible for handling enquiries, investigating complaints, and maintaining accurate records in the MAYRISE system. You will also assist with producing reports, managing databases, and performing various administrative tasks.

As an ideal candidate, you will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. You will also have a high level of expertise in software packages such as Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and email.

The salary for this role is approximately £12.18 per hour, reflecting the demands and requirements of the job.

About You
  • You have experience working in an administration environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations and maintain confidentiality.
  • You are proficient in using electronic financial management systems, including invoicing and debtors.
  • You have a strong understanding of database systems and reporting techniques.
