Science Solutions Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Specialist to join our team on behalf of one of our clients in the Merseyside area. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanence based on performance.

To be considered for this role, you must have prior experience working with CLP, food contact, BPD, and REACh regulations.

As a Regulatory Specialist, you will provide regulatory support to ensure compliance with applicable requirements, supporting new and existing technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in addressing legislative developments and support the regulatory manager as needed.
  2. Interpret and review analytical data and toxicological data for suitability in food contact applications.
  3. Manage data and support the regulatory coordinator in generating MSDS.
  4. Liaise with customers daily and produce required documentation.
Requirements
  1. Degree in Chemistry, Toxicology, Materials Science, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience with food contact legislation, CLP, BPD, and REACh.
  3. Experience in compiling dossiers for submissions to EFS or FDA.
  4. Good understanding of analytical chemistry techniques is advantageous.
  5. Experience with Materials Safety Data Sheets.
