Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be the first point of contact for both existing and new customers, providing exceptional customer service and knowledge on our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for Nutmeg customers, providing exceptional customer service and knowledge on our products and services.
- Communicate with customers to turn them around in a timely manner with high-quality responses.
- Use soft skills to adapt your tone to each customer to create a memorable experience while fully understanding their needs.
- Handle challenging conversations, including potential complaints when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in supporting customers or clients.
- Passion for financial services, regardless of prior experience in this area.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, multitasking and thinking critically.
- Empathetic and a problem solver, with a passion for learning and self-development.
