Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will partner closely with Buying, Corporate Responsibility, and Global Social Compliance to develop, drive, and execute our European Social Compliance Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead collaborations with key stakeholders, both internal and external, on all Social Compliance activities.
- Develop and deliver strategy to deal with the unique challenges presented by existing and upcoming European Due Diligence legislation around collecting, analyzing, and reporting on factory audits, in line with the global business reporting requirements.
Key Skills
- Broad industry experience and knowledge of audit training and improvement programs.
- Skilled Communicator who drives improvements in partnership with key stakeholders and has the ability to influence internally, externally, and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Logical thinker, able to debate, listen, and think strategically and has the ability to prioritize activities.
- Strong networking skills - has the ability to develop and maintain relationships globally across all levels and with the Buying community.
- Understands the Buying process, the impact of social compliance within a retail business, and the ability to trade.
- Ability to think paradoxically and is comfortable in holding opposing points of view.
- Takes responsibility - has a positive attitude, is proactive, and shows initiative.
