As a Commercial Finance Broker, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with business introducers, self-generating new leads, and providing finance solutions leveraging an extensive lender panel. You will also be expected to cross-sell and upsell financial products to meet client needs, offer expert advice tailored to SME clients, and consistently achieve and exceed performance targets.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in commercial real estate and business finance, a strong network of introducers, including accountants and solicitors, and a money-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding financial goals. If you have experience as a Relationship Manager, Senior Relationship Manager, Financial Advisor, Mortgage Broker, or Business Development Manager, this Commercial Finance Broker role could be the perfect fit for you.
With a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 and an industry-leading commission structure paid quarterly, this role offers exceptional earning potential. Enjoy 26 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and the flexibility of hybrid working.
