About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Clinical Skills Educator to join our community care team. As a Clinical Skills Educator, you will provide competency-based training across our Integrated care teams and supported discharge service.
Main Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be highly motivated and able to work independently in a rapidly changing environment. They will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, assessing staff competence, and providing feedback and coaching to improve clinical skills.

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have a professional healthcare qualification, recognized teaching and assessing qualification, and post-registration experience. They will also have a broad range of clinical experience, experience of clinical skills teaching, and evidence of professional development in their related specialty.
