About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Clinical Skills Educator to join our community care team. As a Clinical Skills Educator, you will provide competency-based training across our Integrated care teams and supported discharge service.

Main Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to provide excellent patient care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our patients and staff.

Requirements

  • Professional Healthcare qualification
  • Recognised Teaching and Assessing or equivalent qualification
  • Post Registration experience
  • Broad range of clinical experience
  • Experience of clinical skills teaching
  • Evidence of Professional development in applicants related specialty
