Senior Corporate Tax Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Tax Manager to join our dynamic Southern Regional Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the corporate tax affairs of our clients, providing tax planning and advisory services, and working closely with our partners to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, providing tax planning and advisory services to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Work closely with our partners to deliver tax advisory projects, including tax planning, structuring acquisitions and disposals, and group re-organisations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring our clients are aware of any implications and opportunities.
- Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality tax services, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Corporate Tax Manager or equivalent role, with a strong background in corporate tax.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet business needs.
- Strong technical skills, with a detailed and up-to-date working knowledge of corporate tax issues.
