Senior Corporate Tax Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Corporate Tax Manager to join our client's team on an interim basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in preparing and submitting UK corporate tax computations, overseeing the SAO compliance process, and managing tax risk effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing and submitting UK corporate tax computations alongside external advisors and finance staff.
* Oversee the SAO compliance process and manage tax risk effectively.
* Lead the year-end tax reporting process under IFRS, collaborating with global finance teams and external auditors.
* Manage statutory tax disclosures under UK GAAP, coordinating with external auditors.
* Prepare and maintain Transfer Pricing documentation, ensuring compliance across the group.
* Provide ad-hoc guidance to worldwide sites, address HMRC queries, identify process improvements, and evaluate opportunities for maximizing tax reliefs.
Qualifications:
* ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent), with a specialisation in corporate tax preferred.
* Previous experience in a finance department within a multinational company is advantageous but not essential.
* Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively.
* Excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders, including external advisors.
