About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Workout Instructor to join our team at Places Leisure. As a Group Workout Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and safe group fitness classes to diverse groups of people. Your primary goal will be to inspire and motivate individuals to achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-energy group fitness classes that cater to various fitness levels and interests.
- Develop and maintain a strong rapport with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized facility, adhering to company standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 qualification, with a preference for CIMSPA Practitioner/Reps Level 3.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
