M Group Services, a leading provider of essential infrastructure services, is seeking a skilled Meter Installer to join our Water Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing meters on the Yorkshire Water Network.

Our Team

Our Water Division provides a range of technical capabilities to our clients, including asset condition assessment, design, build, commissioning, and completion. With a strong culture focused on safety, operational delivery, efficiency, and customer service, we are committed to profitable growth and excellence in our field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all related activities/works are undertaken safely, in line with MWS procedures and industry best practice.
  • Complete and follow comprehensive and detailed risk assessments.
  • Demonstrate an excellent level of customer engagement/service.
  • Defect/damage reporting.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work site, vehicle, and tooling.
  • Adhere to any relevant policies and procedures.
  • Escalate issues.

Requirements

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Meter Installer with:

A recognized NVQ level 1/2 plumbing qualification.A current driving license.Excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
