M Group Services, a leading provider of essential infrastructure services, is seeking a skilled Meter Installer to join our team in Yorkshire. As a Meter Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining water meters on our clients' networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain water meters on our clients' networks
  • Ensure all related activities are undertaken safely, in line with M Group Services procedures and industry best practice
  • Complete and follow comprehensive and detailed risk assessments
  • Demonstrate excellent customer engagement and service
  • Defect/damage reporting
  • Maintain a clean and safe work site, vehicle, and tooling
  • Adhere to any relevant policies and procedures
  • Escalate issues

Requirements

  • Experience in the plumbing industry
  • Recognized NVQ level 1/2 plumbing qualification
  • Current driving license
  • Excellent customer service and effective communication skills
