About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant Level 3. The successful candidate will provide valuable support to teachers and students, promoting academic achievement and social development.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assist teachers in delivering curriculum areas to small groups of pupils who require additional support.
  • To develop effective relationships with students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • To contribute to the development of student resilience, enabling them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £32,500 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
