Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated SEN Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that all pupils receive the support they need to achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support pupils with complex needs in a primary age setting.
  2. Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop individualised learning plans.
  3. Assist pupils with daily living skills, personal care, and social interactions.
  4. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and expertise.
  5. Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive school environment.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, applicants must have previous experience working with children with special educational needs. A Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning in schools or a related field is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
