Product Manager - Digital Products

At Orderly Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our digital products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering our products to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to capture a clear product vision and communicate strategy aligned with our overall goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product growth and innovation.
  • Roadmap Planning: Create and manage the product roadmap, outlining key features, enhancements, and release timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.
  • User Experience: Work closely with design teams to create an exceptional user experience for digital products.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies and collaborating with marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of product management experience, with a track record of leading successful product development cycles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, translating market insights into actionable product plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to articulate product vision and requirements effectively.
  • Proficiency in product management methodologies, user story mapping, and agile development.
  • Experience in ROI analysis, creating documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field; Master's degree or certifications in Product Management a plus.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for innovation and staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
