Production Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our fast-paced volume production site. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team to meet daily KPIs in a time-sensitive, lean-focused environment.

The Production Manager will be responsible for managing around 50 people on shift at any one time, with occasional weekend or night work as needed. The team may be strengthened with contract or agency staff during peak periods.

Previous experience in a lean manufacturing environment and knowledge of continuous improvement are highly desirable. Applications are encouraged from candidates with a background in volume manufacturing, including food, plastic, glass, and electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 50+ people on shift
  • Manage daily KPIs in a time-sensitive environment
  • Oversee the addition of contract or agency staff during peak periods
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a production management role
