We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our Product Cost Finance team in Manufacturing Operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the governance and calculation of Aerospace Engine costs and the product cost indices of our spares parts.

Product Cost is a critical metric for our Civil Aerospace business, and our Cost Information team plays a vital role in supporting both programmes and Manufacturing Business Units in their product cost journey. The role involves managing complex data sources to provide essential information and insight to drive improvements in product cost, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Hybrid working allows our people to balance their time between the office, home, or another remote location. Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating insightful product cost analysis to enable the Man Ops, Engineering, and Procurement Cost teams to focus resources on the right areas of Product Cost.
  • Programme managing the bi-annual refresh of the Product Cost system (Excel) and interim updates to standard costing data.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing and improving complex processes, data, and systems.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with comfort working with large Excel datasets.
  • Appropriate professional financial qualification.
