About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civils Manager to join our Highways Division, responsible for managing traffic Civils and Technology innovation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in identifying opportunities, supporting projects, and ensuring successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide input in developing Telent's competence to undertake the role of Principal Contractor on National Highway scheme projects.
  • Undertake management and site scoping surveys of National Highways Civils/Technology schemes and develop works information.
  • Support and help deliver projects within the Traffic Technology sector.
  • Identify opportunities and work closely with the end client, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of working on Civils infrastructure/Technology projects on the National Highways (NH) network or Local Authority (LA).
  • Previous Project Management experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of CDM 2015, including a proven track record in the role of Principal Contractor (PC) for Civils installation activities on the National Highways Network.
  • Knowledge of H&S risks and safe systems of work associated with working on the Highways Network.
  • Knowledge of National Highways practices and standards.
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
