Job Title: General Foreman/Works Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foreman/Works Manager to join our team at CLH Benchmark in Warwickshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Engineering and experience in managing large civils infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a multi-disciplinary team of site supervisors and labourers to ensure safe and efficient execution of site works.
  • Ensure compliance with H&S legislation, client procedures, and approved RAMS.
  • Provide input into RAMs and methodology to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Manage resources, including subcontractors and direct workforce, to meet project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily checks and site inductions.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in Civil Engineering, with a focus on large civils infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent Health & Safety awareness and a proven track record of managing sites with a strong safety record.
  • Valid SMSTS and CSCS Card.
  • Current driving licence.

  • Competitive hourly rate: £350.00-£400.00 per hour.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday with occasional weekend availability. The successful candidate will be based in Warwickshire and will be required to work on-site.
